PC-DMIS CAD++ Level 1
This course teaches the first time user a basic understanding of the software and measurements necessary to write and execute inspection plans.
This course introduces iterative and best fit alignments, auto and quick alignments, more advance dimensioning and extended auto features. Automating probe calibrations and using patterns and loops are included. Scanning concepts for both Touch Trigger Probe (TTP) and Analog Probe users are also taught. Topics include scanning with and without models, using Measurement Strategies and data filtering.
This course teaches PC-DMIS on our portable Romer Absolute Arms and includes equipment orientation, verification checks and probe calibration. Upon completion of this course the student should have a good grasp of the basic inspection workflow from feature measurement to part alignment to report output.
